Aman Appoints New COO

Effective immediately, hospitality industry veteran Ben Trodd has joined Aman as its new chief operating officer. As COO, Trodd will oversee all facets of Aman’s hotel and resort operations.
Trodd brings more than 25 years of experience to the job, including several years as senior vice president, sales and marketing at Four Seasons where he implemented date and analysis-driven marketing initiatives to maximize brand value, optimize revenue generation, reduce costs, and enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
He has also served as regional vice president and general manager of the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons hotel, and oversaw nine additional Four Seasons properties.
Trodd will be based at Aman’s Swiss office.
