Ambergris Cay, the ultra-luxury private island resort in Turks and Caicos, has unveiled several new and updated accommodations.

The 12 new waterside bungalows, two new villas, renovated Land’s End villa, and expanded Dream Estate are now available to book for stays beginning June 2026.

“As the island evolves, we’re expanding the ways guests can experience it while preserving the natural beauty and sense of exclusivity that define Ambergris Cay,” said Andreas Naegele, vice president of hospitality at Waterloo Hotel Management Ltd.  “This thoughtful growth allows us to meet the rising demand among high-net-worth travelers for privacy, space, and tailored private experiences.”

Brand-New Bungalows

Ambergris Cay’s new Waterside Bungalow category includes six one-bedroom and six two-bedroom, residential style accommodations. They are perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends, and feature private terraces with heated plunge pools, sun loungers, and shaded seating, as well as complimentary kayaks, all steps from the water.

The one-bedroom bungalow accommodates up to three guests and includes a king bedroom, living area with queen sleeper sofa, wet bar and minibar, outdoor shower and bath, and floor-to-ceiling glass for optimal views.

The two-bedroom bungalow accommodates up to five guests and includes a primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower, a second bedroom with twin beds convertible to a king, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Villas and Other Upgraded Rentals

Ambergris Cay also has two new villas: Olympus and Tidecrest.

Olympus is a four-bedroom beachfront villa offering direct beach access from its private pool terrace. Tidecrest is a three-bedroom retreat with a more relaxed atmosphere.

The resort has also added a bedroom to the Dream Estate, bringing its total rooms to 11, perfect for large groups. Land’s End, an oceanfront four-bedroom villa, has been completely renovated.

Guests staying in all Ambergris acommodations have access to amenities such as private arrivals, international dining options, dedicated island hosts, fitness programming, non-motorized water sports, guided excursions, and signature experiences.
