Hiltons of Chicago Appoints New Complex Area Director of Sales and Marketing

The Hiltons of Chicago has promoted Alison Wallace, the current director of sales, citywide strategy, to the complex area director for Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel; Hilton Chicago; and The Drake Hotel.
Wallace brings nearly 30 years of hospitality leadership experience to the role, including more than 26 years dedicated to the Hiltons of Chicago. In the new position, she’ll lead comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across the three hotels.
“Alison’s strategic mindset, deep market knowledge, and dedication to team culture make her the ideal fit for Complex Area Director of Sales and Marketing,” said Gene Hare, regional senior director for Hilton. “Her leadership, integrity, and commitment to developing people will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen the commercial performance and long-term success of our portfolio.”
Wallce is especially focused on mentoring employees and will strive to create an inclusive and flexible work environment within the regional sales team at Hilton.
