There’s a new hotel on Broadway in New York City: Hyatt Regency Times Square, which just opened following a major transformation at 1605 Broadway.

The property is the first Hyatt Regency in Manhattan and takes inspiration from its show-stopping location in the city, sporting Broadway-influenced artwork and a Mamma Mia! themed suite in collaboration with the production returning to Broadway on Aug. 2.

“Hyatt Regency Times Square is the most exciting recent addition to New York City’s hotel landscape,” said Mohit Malhotra, the hotel’s general manager. “The Hyatt Regency brand offers a seamless travel experience for both business and leisure guests. The hotel’s stunning design, incredible views and exhilarating location is complemented with comfort, convenience and genuine care for our guests.”

The hotel features 795 guest rooms and suites, each with oversized windows for abundant natural light and views of the New York City skyline. A 969 square-foot penthouse suite offers even more Hudson River and Times Square views, as well as the option to combine with two adjoining bedrooms.

Hyatt Regency Times Square also has one of Manhattan’s largest hotel fitness centers; plus, a two-story lobby with a signature restaurant, a grab-and-go breakfast spot, a lounge, and a glass atrium overlooking Broadway. The hotel joins nearly 30 Hyatt properties in New York City, including Hotel Seville Nomad, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, which joined World of Hyatt in April.
