Montreal-based luxury villa company Rental Escapes has expanded its collection of properties in Orlando, Fla., to meet rising demand for luxury vacation properties in the area.
Rental Escapes is a full-service luxury villa company that offers a curated collection of private rentals. All advisors who book with the company have access to a dedicated concierge service, available 24/7.
The newly added Orlando villas blend resort-style amenities with the privacy of a home setting, featuring multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, and expansive living areas. Select villas also come fully staffed with housekeepers and butlers.
The new additions include:
Enchanted Canopy Lodge: A 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom villa that sleeps up to 36 guests. The themed property includes amenities like a laser tag arena, an indoor treehouse, an outdoor lazy river, and a deck with views of nearby park fireworks.
Galactic Odyssey Estate: Designed around an interactive 33-foot space shuttle, this 12-bedroom, 12.5-bathroom villa includes a NASA-style launch experience, laser tag stations, bowling alley, arcade, golf simulators, and sleeping space for up to 42 guests.
Grand Palm Oasis at Reunion: Blending comfort and fun, this 12-bedroom, 13.5-bathroom villa offers themed children’s rooms (Barbie, Toy Story, and Star Wars), a bowling alley, golf simulator, outdoor basketball court, and a private pool and spa.
Verdant Vista Lodge: Centered on nature-inspired design, this 12-bedroom, 13.5-bathroom home features tree-themed bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, bowling alley, fitness center, in-house movie theater, and a 1,200-square-foot pool with waterfalls and a grotto.

“At Rental Escapes, we understand how important it is to create magical moments for our guests,” said Brian Schwimmer, chief executive officer of Rental Escapes. “Our villas let guests spend quality time together and create lasting memories, rather than being separated in multiple hotel rooms.
Orlando remains a popular tourism destination, particularly for families, friends, and multigenerational travelers. Not only did Universal’s new Epic Universe theme park just open in May 2025, but 2026 is the 55-year anniversary of Walt Disney World, as well as the U.S.’s 250th birthday.
“With the expansion of our Orlando villa collection, families, friends, and groups can enjoy staying together with ample space including multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, private pools, and inviting common spaces to relax and reconnect after a day at the parks,” added Schwimmer.
