Treasure Beach Village, the $150 million expansion of Beaches Turks and Caicos, has officially opened on the family-friendly, all-inclusive resort’s western end.
The new oceanfront village is set right on Grace Bay Beach and adds 101 multi-bedroom suites to the property’s existing four villages: the Caribbean, French, Italian, and Key West villages. Main highlights also include luxury villas accommodating up to 10 guests and several new entertainment and dining concepts, including the first Butch’s Island Chophouse at a Beaches resort.
“As the next chapter in the Beaches Turks and Caicos story, Treasure Beach Village builds on everything families already love about this resort, adding incredibly spacious accommodations and freshly introduced experiences shaped by the way families travel today,” said Adam Stewart, executive chairman of Sandals and Beaches Resorts. “It is incredibly moving to meet guests who first visited Beaches as children and are now returning with little ones of their own. More than ever, families are coming together across generations, slowing down, and truly valuing time with one another, and this new addition opens up even more possibilities for those shared moments.”

Treasure Beach Village is an expansive area onto itself, anchored by a lobby and lagoon-style infinity-edge pool, but is also integrated into the larger resort so guests can enjoy all Beaches Turks and Caicos has to offer.
The new village boasts the first-ever Starfish Cinema, first of its kind Pinta Food Hall, the new BRÜ Coffee Bar, and a poolside Calypso Cones. The area’s 15,000-square-foot pool also features three whirlpools, a waterslide, a splash zone, and a swim-up bar.
Tresure Beach Village’s crowning luxury accommodations are the CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas and Chairman’s Penthouse Suite, which each have space for up to 10 guests. Other new suite categories now include the Oceanview Two-Story Suites and Oceanview and Penthouse Concierge Suites.
This new development is part of Sandals Internationals’ broader plans to invest $1 billion over the next several years into the Beaches brand, which is planning new properties in Exuma, The Bahamas; Jamaica; Barbados; and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
