Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal has unveiled the full completion of a property wide transformation that includes renvoated guest rooms, restaurants, and other public spaces.
The hotel, Waldorf Astoria’s first in Mexico, now has 112 redesigned accommodations, a refreshed Beach Club Restaurant, updated adult pool, and updated the Salon at the spa, as well as new destination-focused culinary experiences.
“The completion of Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal’s highly anticipated renovation marks a significant milestone for the resort, which aims to continue on its storied legacy while deeply integrating the vibrant heritage of Mexican culture,” said Juan Gonzalez, the property’s general manager. “The resort has created a legacy that is both authentic and modern, solidifying the property’s position as the premier destination in Los Cabos for both new guests and ones who continue to return to Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal time and time again.”
Guest rooms, suites, beachfront suites, the presidential beachfront suite, casitas, and villas have all been reimagined with bright decor, soothing lighting, local Mexican textiles, and new in-room bars showcasing the resort’s artisanal beverage program.
The renovations also mark a refresh of the property’s signature restaurant Don Manuels and the debut of several culinary experiences at the resort: Agave Study at Peacock Alley, Neutral Coffee Lab, and the TRAVESÍA, a nine-course taco tasting menu.
In addition, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal introduced the first Festival of Flavors, which took place for a week in February. It is also introducing Mar y Leña Steak Night and Sunday Brunch at the refreshed Beach Club Palapa, part of the Beach Club Restaurant renovation. Plus, on El Farallon’s Champagne terrace, guests can now partake in a new daytime, cliffside lunch ritual: Savor the Sea.
