Inside Travel Names Richard Bravo as Director of Trade Sales for North America

Inside Travel has named industry veteran Richard Bravo as director of trade sales for North America.
Inside Travel is the parent company of tour operators InsideJapan and InsideAsia, which specialise in region-specific itineraries. The company has been gaining traction in the U.S. market: In January, Inside Travel named Karla Pitts as BDM to grow the tour operator’s relationships within the American travel advisor community.
The appointment of Richard Bravo furthers Inside Travel’s efforts to strengthen trade relationships and strategically grow within North America. Bringing over 30 years to the role, including business development roles with Luxury Link Travel Group, Rocky Mountaineer, AmaWaterways, and most recently Scenic Group, Bravo understands the travel trade perspective.
“I’m excited to work alongside such a talented team and to further strengthen our partnerships with the travel advisor community as we continue expanding awareness and growth for our brands across Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and other incredible destinations throughout the region,” said Bravo.
Inside Travel saw record-breaking growth in 2025, 40% of its business coming from travel advisors and agencies. Last year, the company launched several trade incentives, including destination-focused webinars for Japan, Thailand, and South Korea, and a $25,000 travel advisor incentive contest.
