Intrepid Travel is officially accepting applications for its 2026 FAM program.

Announced today, Intrepid’s 2026 FAM program promises to be its largest ever, offering travel advisors across the U.S. and Canada the opportunity to explore the small group tour operator’s unique journeys. The upcoming FAMs run from March to December 2026 and include opportunities across Central and South America, Europe, North Africa, and East Asia.

The expanded program was designed to give travel advisors access to Intrepid’s most in-demand travel styles and destinations, such as Short Breaks in Guatemala and Belize, Food and Culture-focused trips in South Korea , and Adventure and trekking experiences in Peru.

The trips are customized for advisor education, but closely follow the existing Intrepid itineraries. All FAMs are hosted by members of Intrepid’s Partnerships Team, with fees starting as low as $400 USD.

New for this year, travel advisors can express interest in multiple destinations in one application; spots are limited, so early applications are advised.

Applications for Central America close Dec. 31, 2025. All other FAM applications close Jan. 28, 2026. Travel advisors can apply via the Intrepid Agent Hub.

“We know the best way for advisors to truly understand and sell Intrepid is to experience it themselves,” said Laura Hernandez, head of partnerships USA. “When advisors travel with us, they return with confidence, stories, and a genuine connection to the destinations and people behind the trips.”
