Pleasant Holidays has announced no brand cancel fees, allowing travelers to cancel their reservations up to four days before departure.

The move updates the tour operator’s current policy of no brand cancel fees on U.S. and Canada bookings, and zero change fees across all destinations.

Pleasant Holidays is in the process of refreshing its brand and enhancing its support for the trade. Now the flagship brand of A | T Collective, a holding company introduced in October, the tour operator has rolled out recent initiatives such as a new deposit policy and a dedicated travel advisor website.

“We are laser‑focused on creating changes that positively impact our travel advisor partners, enabling them to sell with ease and peace of mind,” said David Hu, president and chief executive officer, A | T Collective. “This latest initiative reflects our commitment to the travel advisor community and our continued investment in policies, resources, and service levels that makes working with Pleasant Holidays an effortless experience that empowers travel advisors at every step.”

In addition to these internal enhancements, Pleasant Holidays recently expanded its rail portfolio with Rail Europe, which connects more than 20 countries via its train network.

“Our rail expansion allows travel advisors to book rail journeys to enhance their clients’ vacations, allowing a more immersive, expansive and intimate experience of the destination,” said David Hu, president and CEO, A | T Collective. “Train travel is one of the best and most expedient ways to really get to know a destination, viewing the passing countryside while enjoying the service and comfort onboard.”
