Nexion Travel Group Partners with Tern for All-In-One CRM

Nexion Travel Group and Tern, an all-in-one CRM and booking platform for travel advisors, have partnered up to offer Nexion’s 6,000+ members access to the full Tern platform, including Tern’s preferred pricing.

Among the technological help that Tern will assist with includes AI-assisted itinerary building, client payment authorization, commission reconciliation, and group travel management, all in a single platform.

“We’ve always believed that the best way to support our advisors is to give them what they need to succeed, not just as travel sellers, but as business owners,” said Laura Bjorne, vice president of business operations at Nexion. “Tern is the technology partner we’ve been looking for to help us deliver on that.”

“The best advisors are out there building real businesses,” added Jackie Friedman, president of Nexion Travel Group. “Our job is to make sure they have the support structure to do that well. Partnering with Tern is about giving our members the technology infrastructure that matches the ambition they bring to this industry — without asking them to trade their independence to get it.”

Nexion’s partnership with Tern gives members access to the tool at a preferred price. Nexion advisors can access Tern through the Nexion member portal at AgentMate.
