VacationPort has launched a new embeddable lead-generation solution for travel advisors. Called NextCite Connect, the search tool solution transforms advisor websites into interactive travel-planning hubs that drive business directly to advisors.
According to the company, the search tool helps advisors engage consumers earlier in the travel research process, exploring cruises, tours, vacation packages, and more, leading to more qualified sales opportunities. It is meant to enhance the advisor-client relationship, not replace it.
“Today’s travelers expect to research, compare, and explore their options online long before they’re ready to book,” said Joe Maloney, president of VacationPort. “NexCite Connect allows travel advisors to be part of that journey from the very beginning. By bringing rich travel content and discovery tools directly to advisor websites, we’re helping our partners create stronger consumer engagement, generate more qualified leads, and ultimately grow their businesses.”
NexCite Connect provides consumer access to extensive travel content, including destination information, attractions, activities, points of interest, and itinerary details. Consumers can browse and compare options while gathering information before connecting with an advisor.
The new solution expands the reach of VacationPort’s popular NexCite technology beyond the company’s website platform, allowing advisors to integrate the tool into websites built on Voyager Websites, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, and other website platforms.
It is easy to add to existing websites and fully customizable, including colors and display configurations. It also can be customized to support preferred partner and consortia/Host promotions.
“I’ve had some clients that have gone on the site and said they love it because they feel like they have some control over planning their trip, but then I can actually do the booking for them, so it’s an amazing tool,” said beta tester Nancy Hawkins, owner of Luxury Journey Travel.
