IHG Named Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality
InterContinental Hotel Group earned “Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality,” receiving a perfect score (100%) on the 2016 Corporate Equality Index. This is the second consecutive year IHG won the honor.
The CEI is a national survey and report on corporate policies related to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community, including non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, and public commitment to LGBT equality. It’s administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.
