IHG Hotels & Resorts is growing its lifestyle brand, Vignette Collection, in Vietnam with the recent property signing in Ho Chi Minh City.

The company has an agreement with LCK Hospitality Company Limited to open the first Vignette Collection in the city later this year. It will be the brand’s second opening in Vietnam following the recent debut of Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection.

“We are excited to keep growing and strengthening our leading position in Luxury & Lifestyle hospitality in Vietnam by introducing our Vignette Collection brand to Ho Chi Minh City, in partnership with LCK Hospitality Company Limited,” said Dinh Trong Khoa, director of development, Vietnam, for IHG Hotels & Resorts. “It has been a pleasure to collaborate closely together throughout the development journey of this outstanding hotel. Together, we are bringing to life our shared vision for this property, with the joint aim of delivering great stay experiences to our guests for many years to come.

The 52-key Ho Chi Minh City hotel will be about a half-hour drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, in the city center near local attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, and Saigon Opera House.

Vietnam is seeing strong travel demand, with 10.7 million visitors in the first half of 2025, a 21% increase from last year. Ho Chi Minh City saw 3.8 million visitors in the same period, representing a 44% increase from a year ago.

IHG has 20 properties in the country across eight brands, including Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection, and Hotel Indigo, with 22 more Vietnam hotels in the pipeline.
