SOUMA Hotel Lima has debuted as the first IHG Vignette Collection property in South America. Bookings are now open for stays beginning March 2025.

Operated by Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, the Peru hotel is located in Lima’s Miraflores neighborhood overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

“SOUMA Hotel Lima is filled with individuality and character and brings a new dimension of discovery to Vignette Collection, which has experienced strong momentum globally in its first three years,” said Leanne Harwood, SVP and managing director of Luxury & Lifestyle Americas, IHG Hotels & Resorts. “This latest addition perfectly complements the portfolio’s unique hotels in memorable destinations from Bangkok and Lisbon to Shanghai, Budapest and Dubai.”

This 214-key hotel sports minimalist decor, natural materials, and neutral colors. Guest rooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows and light wood accents. The hotel also features the Bambu Spa, a 24-hour fitness center, meeting and events spaces, and a rooftop heated infinity pool.

Vignette Collection’s hallmark Memorable Rituals and A Means for Good programs will be carried out at SOUMA Hotel Lima. The property is free of single-use plastics and will offer two signature experiences: Sunrise Yoga Sessions and local cocktail tastings.

Dining options will be Ortega & Huamán, a Peruvian-Mediterranean fusion restaurant; 27 Tapas, a rooftop venue serving Spanish and Peruvian cuisine; and Kimo, a Japanese Nikkei experience and fresh seafood restaurant.

Vignette Collection is IHG’s newest luxury brand, launching in early 2023 with Yours Truly DC in Washington, D.C. Other upcoming new openings include Franciscana Hotel in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula and The Gwendolyn in Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine region.
