Air Canada Vacations Unveils CareFlex Plus for Less-Stress Travel

CareFlex Plus is a new travel protection product from ACV.

Air Canada Vacations has launched CareFlex Plus, a new travel protection plan which allows travellers to cancel up to 24 hours before departure and get a refund. With this enhanced plan, travellers can enjoy flexible options for a truly stress-free vacation.

“As a leader in the tourism industry, it is our duty to provide the most comprehensive travel protection plan to our clients,” said Nino Montagnese, Vice President of Air Canada Vacations.

“Our goal is to empower our advisors to deliver exceptional service and peace of mind to every traveller.”

CareFlex Plus gives travellers the flexibility to adapt their vacation plans to life’s unpredictable moments. The plan allows them to change their booking, transfer their package, cancel with a full refund up to 21 days before departure, or cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund, less a transferable in-house travel credit of up to a maximum of $250.

CareFlex Plus is applicable to vacation packages and flight and hotel packages. It is priced at $149 per person and is commissionable at 20%.

For more details regarding refund payments, please consult the program Terms and Conditions.

CareFlex Plus can be purchased with new bookings of vacation packages and Flight & Hotel packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and North Africa.

For full details on CareFlex Plus and all available travel protection programs, please consult Air Canada Vacations’ Travel Protection Plan flyer or visit the website.

CareFlex Plus complements Air Canada Vacations’ existing range of travel protection options and reinforces the company’s commitment to flexible booking solutions. All travel protection plans, including CareFlex Plus, are commissionable, making them both traveller- and advisor- friendly.
