The partnership between the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and CLEAR continues to expand.

CLEAR announced this week that it would add a TSA PreCheck enrollment pod to another airport CLEAR location—Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) in Utah. Effective immediately, SLC will have dedicated PreCheck enrollment pods that will not only allow for enrollment but will allow current PreCheck members to renew their membership at those locations.

With the new Salt Lake location, CLEAR now has six TSA PreCheck enrollment locations in the U.S.—SLC, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Orlando International Airport (MCO), Sacramento International Airport (SMF), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). More are expected to be added soon, too.

“TSA PreCheck with enrollment by CLEAR provides a fast and efficient airport experience,” said CLEAR CEO Caryn Seidman-Becker. “This is a win-win for U.S. travelers who will have access to more enrollment locations, expanded hours, and other benefits.”

PreCheck is one of the TSA’s trusted traveler programs that allows members to wear their shoes, belts, and light jackets through screening, and keep their laptops and 3-1-1 liquids in their carry-on bags. The program launched in 2013 and now includes 19 million members.
