Miami International Adds CLEAR Concierge Service

Passengers traveling through Miami International Airport (MIA) will soon have the option of using a new concierge service by CLEAR that will allow them to be escorted through check-in and airport security, and brought directly to their gate.

The service, called Concierge Powered by CLEAR, is launching for all passengers traveling out of Miami, not just CLEAR members. For $99 per passenger, a dedicated CLEAR Ambassador will meet them at the curb, assist with luggage and check-in, escort them to the front of security lines, and then guide them directly to their gate.

The service is also available for arriving passengers for $199. The arrival service includes an ambassador meeting them at the jet bridge when they deplane, escorting them to ground transportation or a connecting flight, and tracking their flight status.

Children 17 and under are free.

CLEAR Concierge is already available at 34 U.S. airports, including Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL), Denver International (DEN), Orlando International (MCO), Seattle-Tacoma (SEA), and more.

What’s different in Miami is that the service is not gatekeepered by a CLEAR+ membership. Every other airport where CLEAR offers the service requires membership.

The addition comes right before Miami, and a lot of other North American airports, are expecting record international travelers for this summer’s FIFA World Cup, the finale of which will be held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19, 2026. Miami Airport leadership said earlier this year that the hub could see an additional 800,000 to 1,000,000 passengers during the FIFA World Cup period.
