Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Magic has completed it’s dry dock in Miami, boasting new enhancements like an updated casino, a redesigned Lido restaurant, and a new bow crest.
Carnival Magic is now the second ship in the fleet with Carnival Cruise Line’s “From Sea to Shining Sea” bow crest, which debuted last week on the Carnival Legend. The new design, which will be featured on nearly all of the cruise line’s U.S.-based ships, was inspired by “America the Beautiful” and is intended to position the brand as “America’s cruise line.”
“With the debut of this new crest, we’re reinforcing what guests have long known: Carnival is proud to be America’s Cruise Line,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “We sail coast to coast and connect with millions of guests every year, and this crest reflects the reach of our brand across the U.S.—from the communities we visit to the memories we help create at sea.”
Carnival Magic’s 2026 Enhancements

Carnival Magic spent 35 days in dry dock in The Bahamas. In addition to the bow crest, the enhancements include:
- An updated casino and arcade
- A redesigned Lido restaurant layout
- Revitalized WaterWorks aqua park and pool decks
- A new mini golf course
- Renovated Cloud 9 Spa and fitness center
- Refreshed retail areas across the gift shops and the Effy Jewelry boutique
Carnival Magic has now returned to Miami, where it will continue to sail to the Caribbean and The Bahamas, including the private island Celebration Key.
