Prestige Partner Program: Air Canada Vacations to Honour Top-Performing National Partners

Prestige Partner Program: Air Canada Vacations to Honour Top-Performing National Partners

Air Canada Vacations is kicking off a new annual recognition initiative designed to celebrate travel partners who demonstrate outstanding performance, loyalty, engagement, and commitment to the Air Canada Vacations brand.

Created to recognize top-performing national partners, the program reflects the vital role these partners play in ACV’s success across Canada.

Partners are evaluated annually through a comprehensive scoring model that considers sales performance, year-over-year growth, product diversification, marketing support, engagement, and partnership. Based on their results, qualifying partners earn one of three distinctions: Trailblazer, Navigator, or Explorer.

Elish Tait, National Account Manager, Air Canada Vacations.

“Our partners have played a critical role in helping Air Canada Vacations become the trusted brand it is today,” said Elish Tait, National Accounts Manager.

“The Prestige Partner Program was created to recognize those who continually invest in our success, support our products, and grow their business alongside ours. More than an award, it is an ongoing commitment to celebrating excellence and strengthening the partnerships that move our industry forward.”

Each of the three designations comes with a tailored package of benefits that may include enhanced recognition, exclusive support, marketing opportunities, rewards, and other advantages that acknowledge and celebrate partner achievements.

Individual Advisors Can Showcase their Agency’s Success

The operator says what makes the Prestige Partner Program unique is that recognition extends beyond the partner organization itself. Advisors within qualifying networks will be able to showcase their agency’s designation through exclusive branding and recognition materials, highlighting their expertise and commitment to Air Canada Vacations.

Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations.

“What makes this program especially exciting is that the recognition doesn’t stop at the head office level,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales, Air Canada Vacations.

“We wanted to create something advisors could proudly embrace as well. By enabling partners and travel advisors to showcase their designation, we’re recognizing achievement while helping them demonstrate their commitment to Air Canada Vacations to clients, colleagues, and peers.”

ACV will begin celebrating its inaugural Prestige Partners in the coming weeks and will also share qualification criteria for the following year, reinforcing the program’s long- term role as a cornerstone of partner recognition.

ACV says the Prestige Partner Program establishes a new benchmark for partnership recognition, underscoring its commitment to rewarding loyalty, celebrating excellence, and building lasting relationships across the travel trade.
