Low-cost airline Spirit Airlines will fly new nonstop service between Atlantic City International Airport and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport starting this spring.
The service, which is now on sale, will officially kick off on April 13, 2018. It will be offered four times per week.
“Spirit is proud of its strong history at Atlantic City International Airport, and we’re very excited to bring more ultra-low fares to the market,” vice president of network planning Mark Kopczak said in a statement.
Atlantic City has been one of Spirit’s hubs—the airline has flown nonstop flights from the airport for the last 27 years. Currently, Spirit operates 10 flights to six cities daily out of Atlantic City.
