Flair Airlines Names Treena Squires VP, In-Flight

Flair Airlines has appointed Treena Squires Vice President, In-Flight.

In her new role, Squires will oversee the strategic direction of Flair’s cabin operations, with a focus on safety, operational excellence, and continued development of the In-Flight team. She brings more than 20 years of aviation experience, with deep expertise in in-flight operations and a strong track record of building high-performing teams.

“Treena’s depth of experience in in-flight, operational control, and people functions, combined with her regulatory expertise, uniquely positions her to lead this function,” said Len Corrado, Chief Executive Officer at Flair Airlines. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our operation and invest in our people.”

Her career spans leadership roles across In-Flight, Operations Control Centre, Safety Management Systems, and Human Resources. She has also served as a Transport Canada-approved Flight Attendant Manager, supporting Air Operator Certificate acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and collective bargaining.

As a recognized culture ambassador, Squires has consistently fostered strong, values-driven environments for both new and tenured employees. Squires holds CHRP and SHRM-SCP designations and is completing her MA – CAMN, pending external review and thesis defence.
