Air Transat also says that “enhanced offers have been submitted in recent hours, along with significant compromises, reflecting [its] determination to find common ground.”

If you are at your destination and your return flight is cancelled: If your flight is cancelled, you will receive a new ticket on the next available flight if such an option exists within 48 hours of the original departure time, or a refund for any unused portion of your trip. If you refuse the alternative proposed by Air Transat, you will be entitled to a refund for the unused ticket.

If your trip is scheduled in the coming days: If your flight is cancelled, it will be refunded according to the payment method on file. You may, however, cancel your reservation using this form and receive a credit in your file, valid for 12 months.
