Adventure Canada Named ‘Best Adventure Tour Operator’ by USA Today

Torngats Mountains National Park (Todd Mintz, Adventure Canada).

Adventure Canada has been named Best Adventure Tour Operator in the 2026 USA Today 10Best Reader’s Choice Awards, earning top honours from travellers who value immersive, educational, and experience-driven “journeys for the curious.”

The USA Today 10Best Awards recognize excellence across the travel industry. They are selected by a panel of travel experts combined with public voting.

The honour adds to a strong first half of 2026 for the company, after it was named USA Today’s #1 Cruise Line for Families earlier this year.

“We are so honoured to be recognized by both industry experts and travellers as a leader in adventure travel,” says Cedar Swan, CEO of Adventure Canada.

“This vote of confidence means a great deal to us. Our expeditions are designed to inspire curiosity, foster learning, and create meaningful connections – whether through encounters with local communities, expert-led interpretation, or unforgettable experiences ashore.”

Approaching its 40th anniversary in 2027, Adventure Canada has built a reputation for educational travel, responsible exploration, and respectful community engagement. The company says its long-standing relationships with regional experts, cultural ambassadors, and local partners help highlight each destination in a way that is both authentic and meaningful.

Adventure Canada’s expedition portfolio spans polar communities and colourful coastlines, covering the Arctic, the North Atlantic, the Pacific Northwest, Japan, South and Central America, and Antarctica.
