RV Rental Company Blacksford Says Travel Advisors are Accelerating its Growth
by Bruce Parkinson
RV rentals can be a revenue opportunity for travel advisors.
A U.S.-based RV rental company says travel advisors are playing an increasing role in its rapid growth.
Blacksford says it has seen strong booking growth in 2026, capping a four-year run in which reservations have quadrupled.
“Advisors keep telling us they’re searching for the next great soft-adventure product for their clients and premium RV travel is quickly becoming that answer, ” said Becky Goodell, Co-Owner and CEO.
“We’ve designed our program so advisors can confidently sell a five-star National Parks experience with the same ease as booking a resort: we handle the planning, the logistics, and the on-trip support, and they earn attractive commissions while delivering something their clients will never forget.”
To meet accelerating demand, Blacksford has expanded to its fourth location in Seattle, Washington, the gateway to Olympic National Park, Mount Rainier, and the Pacific Northwest, joining established hubs in Las Vegas (Utah’s Mighty 5), Phoenix (Grand Canyon, Sedona and Monument Valley), and Bozeman (Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Glacier).

The Allure of Road-Tripping
As travel grows more complex and travellers prioritize open space, iconic landscapes, and meaningful shared experiences, Blacksford says premium RV travel has emerged as a compelling alternative, a “hotel room on wheels” that lets guests fly in, unpack once, and explore freely.
Industry data underscores the momentum: 60% of travellers say they are considering an RV vacation or road trip (RVshare 2025 Travel Trends Report), the U.S. RV rental market is projected to approach $2 billion in the coming years, and premium experiences are expected to outpace overall market growth.
Many of Blacksford’s guests are first-time RV travellers drawn in by the simplicity, comfort, and uniqueness of the experience.
“This isn’t traditional RV travel, it’s a small home on wheels that places travellers directly in the heart of America’s natural beauty,” said David Greenberg, Blacksford Co-Owner.
“Our guests want less friction, more freedom, and a deeper connection to the destinations they’ve always dreamed of seeing. That’s exactly what we’ve built, and we’re seeing more travel agency business that ever before.”

A High-Value Opportunity for Travel Advisors
Blacksford says a key driver of its 2026 growth has been the rapid adoption of its Travel Advisor Program, which gives agencies and advisors a turnkey way to offer clients something genuinely new.
Advisors earn 10% commission on vacation packages that bundle brand-new luxury RVs and camper vans (Winnebago, Thor, and Nexus), campground reservations, curated itineraries, recommended excursions, and a proprietary trip guide. The company says average commission payments are about $600.
Blacksford says fast commission payouts, a dedicated concierge team, custom client proposals, co-brandable brochures, complimentary FAM trips for qualified advisors, and team training bolster the advisor program, while Blacksford’s 24/7 white-glove on-trip support and 99% five-star review rate ensure clients are in expert hands.
Popular commissionable packages include Yellowstone & Grand Teton: Bison, Geysers & the Rockies (Bozeman–Yellowstone–Grand Teton–Jackson Hole), the Ultimate Southwest Adventure (Phoenix–Flagstaff–Sedona–Grand Canyon), and Nature & Neon: Vegas, Bryce & Zion (Las Vegas–Zion–Bryce Canyon–Kanab) each a six-day/seven-night turnkey itinerary.
Every rental includes unlimited mileage and generator use (a Blacksford exclusive), fully stocked vehicles with linens, cookware, and camp chairs, free airport pickup and drop-off, optional grocery stocking, and transparent all-inclusive pricing.
Blacksford is now actively onboarding new agency and advisor partners for the 2027 season. Travel professionals can learn more and enroll here.
