VIDEO: TLN’s New President Pearlman Proud to Bring A Canadian Perspective

by John Kirk  June 23, 2025

Lindsay Pearlman’s promotion to President & CEO of Travel Leaders Network marks the first time a Canadian has headed up the massive cross-border travel agency network.

In this video interview, Pearlman tells Travel Market Report Canada’s Editor-in-Chief John Kirk that his appointment will ensure a Canadian perspective will always be present in TLN’s decision-making.

He also is strongly of the opinion that as travel grows more complicated the value of the true travel professional continues to increase. What’s more, advisors are realizing how to communicate that value and how to make really good money at it. Pearlman says the high intensity engagement at the recent TLN EDGE Conference in Las Vegas demonstrates this new reality.

The new TLN CEO is encouraging members to embrace radical change, including the use of AI to simplify repetitive tasks and allow more time for client contact and service. “You’re not going to lose business to AI, you’re going to lose business to people who are using AI,” Pearlman told Kirk.
