Envoyage, Flight Centre Travel Group’s leading independent network for travel professionals, has announced the appointment of Joe Scardigno as National Sales Director, Envoyage Canada.

Scardigno brings more than 16 years of experience in the North American travel industry, with extensive expertise in sales leadership, business development, advisor engagement, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships across the travel advisor community, helping agencies and industry partners achieve sustainable growth.

Most recently, Scardigno served as National Account Manager for Tauck Canada, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s Canadian business. Envoyage Canada says Scardigno’s appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in strengthening its leadership team and supporting the long-term growth of its network of travel advisors and agency owners.

Gail Banack, Vice President & General Manager, Envoyage Canada, said Scardigno’s appointment will help accelerate the network’s growth strategy.

“As Envoyage continues to grow, it’s important that we invest in experienced leaders who understand the travel advisor community and are passionate about helping businesses succeed,” said Banack.

“Joe’s proven ability to build meaningful relationships and drive results makes him an exceptional addition to our team. His leadership will strengthen advisor and agency recruitment and create even more opportunities for growth across our network.”

In his new role, Scardigno will lead Envoyage Canada’s national sales strategy, with a focus on advisor and agency recruitment, retention, and business growth.

“I’ve spent my career building relationships within the travel advisor community and helping partners grow their businesses,” said Scardigno. “What excites me most about Envoyage is the opportunity to drive recruitment, expand engagement, and contribute to the continued growth of the network across Canada. I’m looking forward to working alongside our team as we build on Envoyage’s momentum.”
