Envoyage Expands Travefy Partnership Globally

Envoyage Expands Travefy Partnership Globally

Envoyage members in five markets can now access Travefy as their preferred itinerary and proposal platform, following the company’s rollout of its newly announced partnership.

The Travefy platform is built for travel advisors and agencies to help with client forms to itineraries, invoices, built-in CRM, and back-office tools.

“Envoyage supports members operating businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to multi-location businesses with large teams,” explains Wendie Lee, Chief Product Officer (technology) for Independent and Luxury brands at FCTG. “These businesses not only have regional nuances, but they operate across a range of specialisations, business models and platforms. As a result, our objective is to procure, develop and partner with scalable, flexible technology that can meet the unique needs of each member.

“Travefy meets these criteria, serving as the client-facing layer of the Envoyage technology ecosystem and an excellent option for our members to incorporate into their business practices. It brings together bookings and travel components from across multiple systems and presents them as a seamless, professional itinerary and communication experience for the traveller.”

It also enhances efficiency through AI-assisted content creation and smart imports from PDFs and emails, while providing extensive connectivity with over 200 supplier integrations and access to a 1.3 million–property hotel database.

Travefy is being offered at a preferred rate to members across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States. Canadian advisors were the first to adopt the platform, citing ease of use, professional output, time savings and improved client engagement as key benefits.
