“Truly Something Special”- Envoyage Wraps Immersive Event in Cancun

Envoyage travel advisors are back from a week in Cancun where they took part in the company’s annual Immersive Event at the Dreams Adventuras Riviera Maya.

The week, with platinum sponsors Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Princess Cruises, and Exoticca Tours aimed to elevate product knowledge, inspire stronger partnerships, and drive business growth for all attendees.

Highlights from the week included a high-energy tradeshow, intimate one-on-one appointments in the Laptop Lounge, and the crowd-favourite Canuck Karaoke. The week wrapped with the dazzling Red, White & True Gala, where an exciting charity auction brought attendees together in celebration and giving.

“Immersive isn’t just an event—it’s an experience designed to educate, connect and inspire,” said Anita Emilio, Vice President and General Manager of Envoyage. “When our advisors have access to the right people, the right support, and the right tools, everyone wins—our partners, our members, and their clients. That’s what makes the Envoyage community so powerful.”

The Envoyage Ambassador Summit was held prior to Immersive, capped off with an exclusive tequila tasting experience at the Secrets Akumal.

Feedback from advisors and industry partners was strong, with G Adventures’ Managing Director, Canada David Green congratulations on delivering a fantastic learning experience for all attendees. “I was blown away by the level of engagement… The tradeshow and the Laptop Lounge were personal highlights—so many great conversations!”

“Immersive was an amazing experience,” commented Yenedi Perez, Manager National Accounts, Princess Cruises.  “It brought together passionate, curious advisors who are genuinely eager to learn. Working with Envoyage is a game-changer—their dynamic network and high-energy events create real opportunities for growth and collaboration.”

“It was truly something special,” Heather Heather Baker National Marketing Manager Envoyage told Travel Market Report Canada. “We brought together a close-knit group of travel advisors and supplier partners; the experience was designed to spark connection, collaboration, and inspiration in a whole new way.”

Envoyage thanked its supplier partners who made Immersive possible: Platinum Partners Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Princess Cruises, Exoticca Tours Gold Partners Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), Transat Holidays Silver Partners Rocky Mountaineer, AmaWaterways, Holland America Line & Seabourn, AAT Kings, Viking Cruises, The Travel Corporation (TTC), Globus Family of Brands, Air Canada Vacations, G Adventures, Playa Hotels & Resorts Bronze Partners Exodus Travels, Air Canada, Intrepid Travel, Delta Air Lines.

“It was as a powerful reminder of what happens when the right people come together in the right environment,” added Baker.
