Envoyage Expands Leadership with New Global Roles

Envoyage Expands Leadership with New Global Roles

Envoyage Australia National Product Leader Paul Murrell will step into the newly created role of Global Air Leader while Shauna Stedner has been appointed as Envoyage’s Global Supply partner.

Envoyage has created two brand-new roles on their global product leadership team; Envoyage Australia National Product Leader Paul Murrell will step into the newly created role of Global Air Leader while Shauna Stedner has been appointed as Envoyage’s Global Supply partner.

Murrell and Stedner will report into Envoyage Global Product Leader Jodie Burnard, who said the two roles will work to significantly enhance Envoyage’s product marketplace.

“Paul and Shauna’s roles will be absolutely crucial as we continue to navigate an economy where clients are demanding more of their travel experiences – specifically, more choice and more attractive pricing,” said Burnard.

“Paul’s focus on ensuring access to diverse air content in TP Connects, coupled with his collaboration with the FCTG Supply business, will directly translate to more competitive and efficient air solutions for our members in Australia and around the world, ultimately benefiting their clients.

“Shauna will be a dedicated Envoyage resource in FCTG’s Global Supply team where she’ll have a unique opportunity to represent Envoyage, allowing us to deliver best possible product range, pricing and marketplace experience to our members.

“We’re also heavily focused on growth in the North American market, so having Shauna on the ground with our teams there will allow us to achieve better momentum and understanding in this space.”

Vice President and General Manager of Envoyage Canada, Anita Emilio, added: “This expanded leadership structure reinforces Envoyage’s commitment to delivering the very best to our members here in Canada. With increased global alignment and investment in our product marketplace, our advisors will benefit from broader access to competitive air content and exclusive supplier offerings, ensuring they can continue exceeding client expectations and confidently grow their businesses.”

Murrell brings over 20 years of experience at FCTG, including 16 years in leadership roles delivering product innovation and strategy, driving record growth. Ex Virgin Australia, Omniche Holidays and FCTG product leader Lee Anne Hosking will re-join the organisation, succeeding Murrell as the Envoyage Australia Product Director.

“I’m looking forward to stepping up into a dedicated air role in our global product team. We have an exciting opportunity to expand our air proposition across the Envoyage network and enhance the value we offer our members and supplier partners,” said Mr Murrell.

“Flights are arguably one of the most important components for advisors to manage with any booking. My focus will be to work with our key airline partners to streamline the process for advisors to shop, book, and fulfill their clients’ air travel needs in one integrated environment, with expert support throughout their booking journey.”

Stedner said she’s looking forward to bolstering Envoyage’s profile in the global supply business.

“With a brand-new role comes lots of opportunity, and I’m excited to work with our global supply teams and other FCTG businesses to create a global product strategy for Envoyage, driven by valuable feedback from our members,” she said.
