Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún has unveiled a grand transformation that includes refreshed restaurants and new dining experiences, updated suites with new services and amenities, major upgrades to the adults-only center, and new adult, family, and teen entertainment, including masquerade balls, Havana-inspired nights, starlight cinema and bonfires, and more.

Grande Lakes Orlando, a 500-acre resort destination that encompasses The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, has unveiled a brand-new outdoor ice rink that will open from Nov. 27 through Jan. 3. It will be Orlando’s only resort ice rink and complement Grand Lakes’ other winter festivities, including a fire pit experience and Winter Wonderland Market. 

Hilton Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort, has officially opened its adults-only AMAI Beach Club. The new seaside space features curated dining, entertainment, and amenities. It is complimentary for resort guests through the concierge or at a cost via ResortPass for those not staying at the hotel. 

InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa has debuted a new, all-inclusive food and beverage package for guests seeking more flexibility in their dining experience. The package is $600 per night for two guests and includes three meals daily, premium open bar access, and 24-hour in-room dining. 

To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Kimpton Hotel Eventi‘s “Eventi at 15 Offer” is in effect now through the end of the year. Guests can receive a room upgrade, $150 F&B credit, and 15,000 IHG reward points when booking and staying through Dec. 31 at the New York City hotel.

Four Seasons Hotel Austin will bring back its signature holiday spectacular, the Ice Rodeo, this season. From Nov. 21 through Jan. 4, the lakeside retreat transforms into a winter wonderland with festive cabanas, holiday menus, and seasonal decor with some Austin flair. There will also be a gingerbread display, rink side cabins, and a deck pop-up lounge. 

Nocturne Luxury Villas has appointed Gabe Solano as general manager of Grand Cayman Villas & Condos. Solano has more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience and was previously resort manager at Royal Isabela and property director at Casa Bacardi Puerto Rico. 

Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows has just unveiled two oceanfront event venues: the expanded Hale Piʻilani Room and brand-new Sunset Room. They are perfect for weddings, meetings, and other social gatherings, offering more indoor and outdoor event space than ever before.

The brand-new Pillsbury Let It Dough Suite will debut at Club Wyndham Midtown 45 on Nov. 17. The whimsical baking-themed accommodation is now open for bookings for two- and three-night stays through January 6, 2026. 

Ingrid Chaves has been appointed the new general manager of Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, bringing more than two decades of hospitality experience with Marriott International to her new role. She most recently served as the hotel manager at Orlando World Center Marriott. 

The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, an iconic 5-star hotel in Bath, England, has announced its holiday event specials. The “Christmas at The Crescent” package deal, which runs from Dec. 24 to Dec. 26, includes unlimited access to The Spa and Bath House, champagne on arrival, and several meals and receptions throughout the stay. The hotel will also host a New Year’s House Party.  

The Stoneleigh, a boutique hotel in Uptown Dallas, will celebrate its grand reopening in spring 2026 after extensive renovations that touch every corner of the property from the rooms to the restaurants. The hotel will also mark the transformation by joining Marriott’s Autograph Collection.
