Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, has opened in southwest Florida, presenting a new opportunity for coastal luxury in the region.

Set on 125 lush acres, the resort has a whole host of amenities – from dining to water sports and more – and even more facilities that will debut in 2026. It is located on the beachfront in the heart of the Old Naples community, near Historic Third Street and 5th Avenue.

“This opening marks an exciting milestone for Four Seasons in Florida, as we expand our offerings in the region and introduce the highly anticipated Naples Beach Club,” said Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO of Four Seasons. “Meticulously designed to inspire connection to Naples’ idyllic coastal lifestyle, this brand-new resort sets the stage for one-of-a-kind luxury experiences alongside Four Seasons’ renowned service.”

The new resort features 220 guest rooms, including 57 suites. All guest rooms have an expansive ocean view terrace that’s fully furnished with daybeds and dining areas. The top accommodation, set to become available in 2026, is the five-bedroom Sabal Suite, which has its own pool, verandah, and ocean views from the sixth floor.

Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, also boasts five restaurants, a spa and fitness center, racquetball courts, and spacious event venues. The hotel’s light-filled lobby is connected through a series of arches to The Library and The Merchant Room, two of its dining venues.

Market Square is the property’s central, social gathering spot that ties together its retail, dining, and entertainment offerings. The resort is family-friendly and has several pools, including one with a splash pad for kids, and a concierge that can help with local excursions. Kayaks, paddleboards, beach games, and cabanas are all also available.

Coming soon, the resort will have 153 luxury residences and a new 18-hole golf course with high-end amenities. In 2026, it will also introduce a gastropub, kids club, and movie theater.
