Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino is celebrating its 35th anniversary with the unveiling of a major transformation. The renovations include a new grand lobby and courtyard lounge, fully reimagined dining concepts, and refreshed suites.

Notably the resort has enhanced its top-tier Governors Suite and introduced the new Deluxe Sunset Studio suites. It also has a new signature dining experience at Ruinas del Mar and a brand-new steakhouse, Piccolo.

“These enhancements reflect our commitment to redefining luxury through thoughtful design and exceptional experiences,” said Gabriel Castrillon, general manager of Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino. “From the moment guests arrive, we want them to feel immersed in a sense of place, where warm hospitality and the beauty of our island come together seamlessly. This transformation is not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating meaningful moments and ensuring every stay is as memorable as the destination itself.”

The resort’s newly redesigned lobby integrates indoor and outdoor for an easy, open-air experience for guests. High ceilings with wood beams, natural materials, comfortable seating, tropical hues, and a statement chandelier all add to the ambiance.

Revitalizing the 9th-floor oceanfront Governor’s Suite included a refined look that gives it a residential feel and new floor plan that seamlessly flows the kitchenette into the expansive living room. The accommodation has floor-to-ceiling windows, three private balconies, and a spa-inspired main bathroom.

The debut of the Deluxe Sunset Studio suites adds to the resort’s suite selection. These have neutral color palettes and balcony doors, letting in lots of natural light and oceanfront views.
