R Collection Opens Two Boutique Mountain Hotels in Italy

R Collection Hotels, a family-owned name in luxury Italian hospitality, has opened two new boutique hotels in the mountains: Montana Lodge & Spa in La Thuile and Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc in Courmayeur.
Both hotels are in year-round, high-end tourist destinations for mountain lovers and ski enthusiasts in northern Italy, nestled on the borders of Switzerland and France. They each feature R Collection’s signature ERRE SPA, contemporary designs, and food and beverage options.

Montana Lodge & Spa
Montana Lodge & Spa is a 55-room hotel, managed by R Collection, located near Monte Ruitor. It has two restaurants serving refined Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients: the Bistrot and the Ottavio Lounge. The hotel also features a cellar with 300 wine labels and a spa with an indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, Vitarium bio sauna, private spa area, and a gym with Technogym equipment.
The Grand Hotel Courmayeur
The Grand Hotel Courmayeur is a 72-room hotel managed and owned by R Collection. The property features two restaurants, La Fourchette restaurant and the Equinox Lounge Bar, with terraces overlooking Mont Blanc. Its 5,382-square-foot spa has an indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, chromatic and sensory showers, private SPA, and a Technogym gym.
R Collection’s portfolio includes a total of 10 Italian properties, including three in Milan, three on Lake Como, one on the Portofino Coast, and now two at Mont Blanc. In 2025, R Collection will open an additional hotel on Lake Como.
