Air Canada Vacations Wants Your Feedback for 2026 Initiatives
by Marsha Mowers
Air Canada Vacations realizes the impact and importance travel advisor feedback can have and is asking advisors to take part in a survey to help shape its initiatives for 2026.
“Travel advisors across the country, including members of our Travel Agent Advisory Board, shared invaluable feedback with us over the past year, highlighting their priorities and challenges,” said Erminia Gallina, Sales Director at Air Canada Vacations.
“Powered by their voice, these insights were instrumental in shaping our 2025 initiatives, clearly illustrating how advisor feedback translates into meaningful support and value for their business.”

Recapping 2025, advisor feedback contributed to several product enhancements and initiatives to support advisors by simplifying the booking experience. That feedback includes free baggage, complimentary beer wine and snacks on Caribbean flights, and the launch of ACV Options which offers 24 and 48 hour holds on Sun and Europe packages respectively. ACV also changed its CareFlex Plus to increase flexibility within three days of booking and process cancellations up to 24 hours before departure.
Other enhancements include the launch of the Groups Groups Excellence Program—the company’s first loyalty program dedicated exclusively to Groups business and ongoing investment in the Top Ambassador Program. Product offering was also expanded to include additional multi-country itineraries in Europe and the introduction of Long Stay Programs.
