Air Canada Vacations Launches New ‘Groups Excellence Loyalty Program’

by Bruce Parkinson  October 22, 2025
Air Canada Vacations Launches New ‘Groups Excellence Loyalty Program’

The new ACV Groups Excellence Loyalty Program, a first for the 50-year-old tour operator, is designed exclusively to reward valued travel partners for their ongoing support and success in selling groups.

Effective October 20, 2025, and running until August 31, 2026, all group bookings made with Air Canada Vacations that travel between December 15, 2025, and October 31, 2026, will automatically start qualifying for the Groups Excellence Loyalty Program.

This brand-new loyalty framework recognizes travel advisors and agencies through a tiered rewards model — Silver, Gold, and Excellence — based on the number of group passengers booked during the qualifying period. Each tier will unlock rewards that can be used towards travel and lifestyle perks, including:

  • Aeroplan Points
  • Travel Vouchers
  • Free Seat Selection
  • Complimentary CareFlex or CareFree products
  • …and more.
Air Canada Vacations’ Director of Sales Erminia Gallina.

“This program was designed to recognize and celebrate the incredible work our travel advisors do in growing our Groups business,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales. “We want to ensure that the more you grow with us, the more you earn and the more you enjoy the rewards that come with being one of our most valued partners.”

Full program details and qualifiers will be shared in the coming weeks. Travel advisors are encouraged to start booking their group departures today.

Exclusive Offers & Benefits for Group Bookings

To help partners secure more group bookings, ACV will introduce a series of exclusive offers designed to make closing the sale easier than ever. Travel advisors can now take advantage of group rates starting with only 10 full-paying passengers, including children.

Additionally, when booking a wedding group with Air Canada Vacations, advisors can access even greater benefits. Until January 30, 2026, wedding couples will receive an additional $500 instant credit, applicable toward the final group invoice or as a future travel credit, in addition to the benefits outlined under the “Why book a group with us?” section.

This offer applies to wedding group packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America for departures between April 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027.

Advisors can also hold up to 50 seats and 25 rooms without an additional deposit. Learn more about this offer here.
