Kensington has announced a major expansion of its U.S. outside sales team, more than doubling its boots-on-the-ground presence to over 30 members.

According to Marc Moore, VP of Agent Sales at Kensington, the investment is a direct response to rising business demand.

“Our advisor partners are at the center of everything we do,” Moore said. “This expansion reflects… our commitment to supporting advisors in a more meaningful, consistent, and localized way. By investing in this team, we are ensuring our partners have the access and expertise they need to grow alongside us.”

The growth includes a mix of internal promotions and new hires within the Host and Consortia Sales team, including:

  • Scott Austin, Sales Director, Host Partnerships
  • Isabella Borowiec, Sales Director, Consortia Partnerships
  • Gina Kerscher, Associate Sales Director, Host Partnerships
  • James Ayres, Associate Sales Director, Host Partnerships
  • Chelsea Goldstein, Account Executive, Host Partnerships

Additional regional field sales appointments include:

  • Paul Giannini, Sales Director (The Rockies, Missouri, and Kansas)
  • Yenedi Perez, Sales Director (South and Gulf Coast Florida)
  • Cindy Kaul, Sales Director (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio)
  • Michelle Hernandez, Christine Norgen, and Susan Junior as Account Executives.

Kensington is also re-establishing a dedicated presence in the Canadian market for the first time in several years. Aerin Chauncey has been named Sales Director, Canada, supported by Crystal Almeida as Account Executive.
