Railbookers Unveils Stay & Explore Collection in Europe

Railbookers has expanded its Europe portfolio with a new Stay and Explore Collection that pairs day trips with extended hotel stays — offering travellers the chance to explore iconic cities without having to check in and out of multiple properties.

Railbookers’ Stay and Explore Collection features 11 itineraries built around hub cities with hotel stays of two nights or more, combined with day trips accessible through short train rides. Experiences include visits to historically significant sites such as palaces, castles and ancient ruins, culinary tours and wine tastings, and excursions to destinations that showcase authentic European culture.

At launch, the Stay and Explore Collection features extended hotel stays in the following cities: London, England; Avignon, Lyon, Paris, and Reims, France; Munich, Germany; Rome, Florence, and Venice, Italy; Edinburgh and Inverness, Scotland; Barcelona, Spain; and Zurich, Switzerland.

“We developed the Stay and Explore Collection in response to guest feedback and demand — for travellers seeking a diverse array of experiences while returning to the comfort and convenience of the same hotel each night,” said Andrew Channell, Railbookers Group senior vice president of product. “These trips feature expertly-selected daytime experiences and allow our guests to immerse themselves in the culture of iconic European cities by night.”

Each package in the collection can be tailored to client preferences, such as by adding nights, activities, or destinations, or combining the itinerary with other Railbookers journeys.
