TravelOnly Unveils New Initiative to Attract Members

TravelOnly Unveils New Initiative to Attract Members

The host agency space in Canada has become increasingly competitive, and today’s announcement by TravelOnly adds another layer to that landscape. The company has unveiled TravelOnly Select, a new recruitment initiative that helps eliminate the barriers advisors may face while considering a move to a new host company.

TravelOnly Select features a dedicated concierge team to migrate existing bookings, help with outstanding commissions and business transitions, and a big perk – 100% commission on all bookings during the first year.

“At TravelOnly, we recognized that many high-performing advisors feel stuck — not because they lack opportunity, but because the process of change feels too complicated,” said Gregory Luciani, President and CEO. “TravelOnly Select is designed to remove that friction and give advisors a clear, supported path forward.”

The company says TravelOnly Select will address a persistent challenge in the travel industry: the stress and complexity of moving between host agencies. While change is a natural part of business growth, institutional barriers – whether deliberate or not- often make the transition more difficult than it should be.

Established advisors frequently hesitate to make a move due to operational disruption, financial uncertainty, and the complexity of transferring their business. TravelOnly says this program directly tackles those barriers through a structured, advisor-first approach.

“Our goal was to create a program that puts the advisor in control from day one,” said Ian Elliott, SVP Commercial and Engagement. “By combining full commission in the first year with hands-on transition support, we are giving experienced advisors the confidence to make a move that many have been considering for years.”

TravelOnly Select is not positioned as a short-term incentive, but as the entry point into a long-term partnership. Following the initial transition period, advisors move into a structured model that aligns performance with opportunity, ensuring continued growth within the network.

The company will introduce the program to a select group of experienced advisors through targeted industry outreach. The initiative is expected to attract professionals seeking a more tech-forward host agency and a more supportive environment — without the traditional challenges associated with changing host agencies.

“Making a move should feel like an opportunity, not a risk,” said Elliott. “With TravelOnly Select, we are creating a clear and practical path for advisors to take that next step with confidence. At its core, TravelOnly Select is built on a simple belief: when advisors are supported like partners, not processed like transactions, they perform at their best.”

There is no shortage of options for advisors looking to join a host agency for the first time or move to a new organization.
