2. Rome
The St. Valentine’s Package at Rome’s iconic Hotel Hassler starts at €1.335 (about $1,455) for a deluxe double room for arrivals on Feb. 13, 14, or 15. It includes a two-night stay, dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant Imàgo, daily breakfast, roses, chocolate-covered strawberries, and champagne in-room upon arrival.

3. Saint Lucia
Couples looking for a more tropical getaway can enjoy a three-night stay at the Capella Marigot Bay Resort and Marina in Saint Lucia. The Valentine’s Day package includes daily breakfast, flexible check-in and –out, champagne, dinner at the resort’s upscale restaurant, and a luxury sail around the UNESCO World Heritage Pitons. Couples can supplement their package with rum-infusing classes or a couple’s massage. Packages start at $2,405.

4. Cancun
The St. Valentine’s Romance Package at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun, available through the month of February, comes with treatments at the award-winning Coral Gem Spa and a candlelit dinner for two at Le Basilic. Couples also receive a personal butler, 10-step hydrotherapy circuit for two, and aromatic couples massage. Priced at $380, the package can be added to any stay; nightly rates begin at the hotel begin at $319 plus tax.

5. Palm Beach, FL.
