Experience Turks and Caicos Launches Video-Driven Travel Advisor Training

by Briana Bonfiglio  April 09, 2026

Experience Turks and Caicos, the destination’s exclusive tourism authority, has launched a new video training program for travel advisors through content provider Travelview International.

The initiative targets travel advisors across the United States and Canada, markets that account for about 90% of Turks and Caicos’ visitor arrivals. The video-driven marketing and educational tool will be delivered in twice-monthly emails that serve as a sort of “video FAM trip” for members of luxury consortia and are also found online.

“Our partnership with Travelview International reflects the critical role that travel advisors play in shaping high-value travel decisions and driving meaningful demand for destinations like Turks and Caicos,” said Paul Pennicook, CEO of Experience Turks and Caicos. “Advisors are indispensable partners in how luxury travel is planned and experienced today, and by investing in direct, consistent engagement, we are ensuring they are equipped with the insights and inspiration needed to confidently position our islands at the forefront of their recommendations.”

The new training offers information about Turks and Caicos’ geography, heritage, culture, excursions, and accommodations, including a curated overview of hotels, resorts, and villas. Videos offer concise narration paired with clear visuals conducive to learning about the Caribbean destination.

Travel advisors can find the full video collection at tci.travelvideo.com.
