Tailor-made tour operator Goway has unveiled a new product line for Greenland, featuring four immersive small group and independent itineraries and 11 add-on excursions.

Goway’s new Greenland packages range from four to eight days, with departures as early as July 2025. The trips highlight the region’s stunning landscapes and rich Inuit culture, with unique arctic experiences that focus on the local culture and rugged wilderness, such as whale watching and a Northern Lights safari.

“Greenland is unlike anywhere else,” said Paul Holinaty, Goway’s commercial manager for Central and Northern Europe. “With 80% of the island covered in glaciers and ice sheets, witnessing icebergs break off at Eqi Glacier or drift through the Ilulissat Icefjord is truly breathtaking. There’s nothing quite like sailing late at night during the summer, with the Midnight sun hovering on the horizon, painting the icebergs in incredible colors. In winter, you’ll see some of the best Northern Lights you’ll see anywhere in the world.”

Goway’s new Greenland itineraries include:

  • Icebergs in the Midnight Sun with airfare from Keflavik Iceland (four days, select departures July and August 2025)
  • A Long Weekend out of the Ordinary: Ilulissat (five days, departs Thursdays)
  • Greenland Autumn Exploration: Nuuk & Ilulissat (eight days, departs Tuesdays in September to November)
  • Exploring Disko Bay: Nuuk, Ilulissat & Glacier Lodge (eight days, departs Fridays from June to August)

Goway’s new dedicated Greenland product follows the addition of 14 new itineraries in Northern Europe, added in September 2024. With packages in Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, Goway can provide tailor-made options any time of year.

“Whether travellers are searching for the Northern Lights, wanting to enjoy a bucket list experience such as the North Cape in Norway, cruising between Stockholm and Helsinki, or simply enjoying the cafe culture of the four capitals, Goway has an itinerary that will help them unlock these beautiful nations,” said Holinaty.
