Hilton is opening five new hotels in Nashville in 2024 alone and at least two in 2025.

“There is a great energy in the Nashville market, thanks to its status as a top leisure destination, its growing corporate presence, population growth, and ongoing infrastructure investments,” Jody Mattice, director of global travel industry relations at Hilton told TMR. “With more than 60 hotels in the market, our broad portfolio allows us to cater to every stay occasion, whether traveling for a convention in Music City or enjoying a weekend with friends along Broadway.”

Here’s some more information about the new Hilton hotels coming to Nashville.

Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown
As only the second property in the Tempo brand, Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown is defining a new wave of Hilton hotels. It also opened on March 1 and features the brand’s signature Bluestone Lane guest rooms, Get Ready Zones, and wellness-oriented amenities, including the Peloton bike-equipped gym.

Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal
Newly opened on March 1, Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal is walking distance from Nashville International Airport. The 298-room property includes six guest suites and 14,200 square-feet of meeting and events space, including an 8,000-square-foot ballroom. The hotel also features sophisticated, high-end bars and lounges, a contemporary restaurant and cafe, and the SkyBar Lounge with an open-air rooftop pool and views of Nashville’s airport and skyline.

The Printing House Nashville Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
This 11-story hotel will open sometime in the second quarter of 2024 and boasts elevated guest rooms, on-site dining, and a rooftop terrace and pool deck.

Tru by Hilton Goodlettsville Nashville
About 15 miles north of downtown Nashville, Tru by Hilton is a 98-room, pet-friendlly property with a fitness center set to open in the third quarter of 2024.

Spark by Hilton Nashville at Opryland
This 121-room, pet-friendly property will open less than a mile from the Grand Ole Opry and feature a 24-hour fitness center and complimentary breakfast.

Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown the Gulch
An elegant, sculptural reception desk will greet guests entering Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown the Gulch. The 181-room hotel is in The Gulch, Nashville’s premier urban neighborhood, and is set to open in 2025. It is defined by industrial-themed interior design, including wood floors, concrete ceilings, a custom-painted particle board, a metal mesh bed canopy, and denim and leather headboards. The hotel also features a coffee bar, restaurant and Yazoo taproom, and an indoor/outdoor rooftop bar serving Mexican-inspired drinks and cuisine.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown the Gulch
This 152-room property, set to open in 2025, features a fitness center, complimentary breakfast, bike rentals, evening reception available Monday through Thursday, and Vue Rooftop Lounge.
