As Nobu Hospitality continues to expand globally, now with 38 hotels open or in development, the brand is further strengthening its ties to the trade by transitioning its hotels onto the master chain code, “NB.”

That includes, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, which ended its affiliation with the Leading Hotels of the World in October, and has ceased operating under their GDS code.

“Nobu Hotels has experienced exponential growth in recent years, continually adding hotels to our master chain code, ‘NB,'” said Rachael Palumbo, the group’s vice president of global hotel brand marketing. “Given the rising trend in both business and leisure travel, it is the perfect moment to enhance our presence and visibility on the GDS.”

With the addition of Miami Beach, 10 of the brand’s hotels are now operating under the chain code. Other hotels using “NB” are Atlanta, Barcelona, London Portman, London Shoreditch, Palo Alto, San Sebastian, Santorini, Seville, and Warsaw.

Looking ahead at the hoteliers’ continued global expansion, with hotels set to open in Atlantic City, Toronto, Lisbon, Madrid, and Rome, and an increasing number of properties are expected to join the code.
