The Hyatt Regency in Aruba launched a new online tool that allows guests to select a shade option while lounging at the beach or pool – right from their phones. Through the iPalapa, beachgoers can also check in and reserve Palapas and umbrellas for the next day through a virtual map.
The hotel says it will still have a towel hut open in the morning for guests who prefer to walk down to the pool and beach areas.
