Rental Escapes is in the midst of its largest portfolio expansion in company history with the addition of more than 600 villas across the top destinations in the United States.

Responding to a surge in demand for domestic rentals, Rental Escapes is adding properties in California, North Carolina, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Hawaii, and Nevada.

“We are thrilled to unveil our most significant portfolio expansion to date,” said Brian Schwimmer, CEO of Rental Escapes. “As more travelers seek luxurious escapes closer to home, we’ve focused on curating an exceptional collection of U.S. properties that deliver the same level of service, privacy, and unforgettable experiences our brand is known for.”

A sampling of the new villas added to the Rental Escapes portfolio includes:

Mauna Lago, Kamuela, Hawaii: This luxury four bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa comfortably fits 10 and offers panoramic ocean views from the infinity pool and spa. The villa features outdoor showers in each room, a chef’s kitchen perfect for hosting a dinner party or a casual meal, and serene courtyards with a koi pond. Perfectly positioned between two luxury resorts, the villa blends indoor-outdoor living, all just steps from beaches, golf, and upscale amenities.

Hollywood Villa Ev1, Hollywood Hills, Calif.: Perched above Sunset Plaza, this six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home that sleeps 12 offers luxury living in one of LA’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Designed for entertaining, the expansive open floor plan includes a state-of-the-art movie theater, while the rooftop deck features two flat-screen TVs, a fire pit, built-in BBQ, ample lounge seating, and an outdoor dining area.

3108 Palm, Isle of Palms, South Carolina: A contemporary oceanfront sanctuary on the Isle of Palms offers 12 guests the ultimate coastal getaway. With six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, the villa offers direct beach access through a private boardwalk, an infinity edge pool with ocean views, and a shaded outdoor living area complete with a luxe kitchen, two grills, and alfresco dining.

Paramount Place, Austin, Texas: Located in the heart of Austin, Paramount Place features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home theater, expansive game room with a partial kitchen, rooftop lawn, and two fireplaces. With an open floor plan spanning four floors, this home offers its 10 guests luxury and entertainment at every turn.

The Luxe Escape, Orlando, Fla.: Located in Reunion Resort, this 11-bedroom, 11.5-bathroom villa is ideal for large groups as it sleeps 24 and features seven king suites and themed kids rooms. Highlights include a private arcade with Skee-Ball, NBA Hoops, racing simulators, and shooter games, a bar lounge with a Full Swing HD Golf Simulator and pool table, a 10-seat private theater, and a state-of-the-art gym.
