Rental Escapes, a global, full-service luxury villa rental company, has released a curated list of the most desirable villas for 2026.

Based on extensive booking data, expert insights, and travel trends from 2025, the annual list showcases villas in multiple categories and is designed to provide travel advisors with the best recommendations for their clients. Categories include top villas for multigenerational travel, beachfront getaways, villas with the best view, and more.

“The luxury villa market continues to rise each year, and we are excited to share our list of top villa rentals for 2026 as discerning travelers plan for the year ahead,” said Wilie Fernandez, chief sales and marketing officer. “Whether its relaxing on the beaches of Turks and Caicos or enjoying ski-in, ski-out access in Whistler, Rental Escapes’ list of top villas for 2026 delivers the privacy, comfort and elevated service travelers expect, setting the stage for unforgettable luxury villa vacations.”

Here is a little bit about each Rental Escapes property that the company named a top villa for 2026.

Top Villa for Multi-Generational Travel – Solara, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms each, Solara’s villas are designed for multigenerational families. The villas, located in Puntacana Resort & Club, feature plenty of outdoor lounge space overlooking an infinity pool, plus an outdoor bar, fire pit, pool table, and ping-pong table – all perfect for family fun.

Top Ski Villa – Two Cedars, Whistler, British Columbia

This 17-guest villa offers true ski-in/ski-out access via private trails accessible right at the front door. The private Kadenwood Gondola also provides direct access to Creekside Village, and the villa itself features a large home theater, fully equipped gym, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an infrared sauna, and a foosball table.

Top Beachfront Villa – Legasea Villa, Long Bay, Turks and Caicos

The Legasea Villa’s exceptional privacy, comfort, and views of the bay’s turquoise waters all make it a standout among guests. It offers a kitchen, pool room, dining room, six bedrooms, and living room all overlooking the shoreline, as well as a private beachfront and plenty of indoor-outdoor entertainment space.

Top Villa with a Signature Pool – Juanillo 3, Cap Cana, Dominican Republic

The multi-level, resort-style pool with panoramic ocean views is the crown jewel of this eight-bedroom villa. The pool, which wraps around nearly half the villa, also has two hot tubs and built-in swim-up seats that flow into the surrounding outdoor lounge area, helping guests in the pool to seamlessly connect with those relaxing on other parts of the grounds.

Top Villa with a View – Giulia, Positano, Italy

There are spectacular views galore at Giulia, perched on a hillside above Positano and its gulf.
