Velas Resorts Appoints New Senior Regional Sales Director

Velas Resorts has promoted Melissa Arreola to senior regional sales director for the Northeast United States.
Arreola has been with the company since 2014 and has deep knowledge of the Velas Resorts brand as a 10-year veteran. She previously focused on meetings and incentives and will now lead key sales initiatives more broadly.
“Melissa embodies everything we value at Velas Resorts,” said Cynthia Kunz, global sales director of meetings and incentives for Velas Resorts. “Her commitment to service excellence, her ability to build lasting partnerships, and her genuine dedication to understanding each client’s unique needs have set a standard across our organization.

Velas Resorts encompasses several Mexico properties, including Grand Velas Los Cabos, Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos, Grand Velas Riviera Maya, and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.
