Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique has unveiled eight new private residences that are now bookable for hotel guests seeking both short and extended stays.
The residential-style suites offer one- to three-bedroom layouts with indoor-outdoor living areas and expansive ocean views. They also feature private plunge pools, full kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and furnished balconies. Tucked in a secluded area of the resort, the new accommodations are ideal for small groups, multigenerational families, or couples seeking a more private escape.
“With our property serving as a sophisticated coastal haven in the heart of Central America, the addition of the resort residences introduce a new expression of luxury that feels deeply personal and fosters an even more intense emotional bond with our surrounding sensory-rich natural environment,” said Nazaret Carbonari, the resort’s general manager. “The serenity and privacy of these accommodations provide guests with a dramatic hospitality experience designed to blend exquisite service, insider access, and stunning scenery together for the ultimate expression of coastal living.”
Guests staying in one of the eight new residences have access to a personal concierge that handles a private check-in process, off-property excursions, transportation, and more. They also have access to a dedicated rooftop pool and private rooftop bar, as well as in-residence massage services.
In addition, residence guests have priority access to the rest of the resort, including the multi-level pool, dedicated kids and teens clubs, and 17,000-square-foot spa and fitness center.
The resort first opened in spring 2025 and occupies a prime spot within the new luxury Punta Cacique complex in Costa Rica.
