Hyatt Brings Lifestyle Brand Andaz To Arizona
by Jessica MontevagoHyatt Hotels will debut its luxury boutique hotel brand Andaz in Arizona this fall with the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa, now accepting reservations for stays from Nov. 15.
The 23-acre property has 201 bungalow-inspired guestrooms, three outdoor pools, 46,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and a restaurant led by former Park Hyatt New York chef Adam Sheff. The Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary includes seven treatment rooms, a nail and hair salon, and a eucalyptus steam room.
There are currently 12 Andaz hotels around the globe, with another nine in the pipeline in cities that most embody what the brand is all about, those with a focus on aspects such as art, culture, culinary and fashion. By the end of 2018, hotels will open in Palm Springs, Ottawa, Mayakoba, Delhi, Singapore, Munich and Bali.
